Our volunteers bring out the best in Mendocino.

We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help with the festival, May 28 - 31, 2026. We love our volunteers and we couldn’t do it without you!

How It Works

  • One shift = 1 film. We encourage you to work 2 films in a row at the same venue.

  • Arrival time: 45 minutes prior to each film on your shift

  • Breaks are during/between films. Volunteers are encouraged to stay and watch the film.

  • We encourage you to work your shifts at the same venue throughout the weekend.

  • Shifts vary slightly for each position, and depending on venue.
