Our volunteers bring out the best in Mendocino.

We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help with the festival, May 31 - June 2, 2024. We love our volunteers and we couldn’t do it without you!

How It Works

  • One shift: getting two back-to-back films started at the same venue

  • Arrival time: 45 minutes prior to each film on your shift

  • Breaks are during/between films. Volunteers are encouraged to stay and watch the film

  • We encourage you to work your shifts at the same venue throughout the weekend

  • Shifts vary slightly for each position, and depending on venue
